Injecting Colour into Apartment Living
Twostyle successfully transformed a light-filled apartment in Melbourne’s north through expert property styling. The focal point of the home, featuring natural exposed brick, became the backdrop for the living room. Employing warm tones and hues, the team created a gentle, warm, and welcoming atmosphere.
A crimson crushed velvet sofa took centre stage, introducing curves as a recurring design theme reflected in the coffee table, dining table, and dining chairs.
The use of large artworks added vibrancy to the space, while a curated colour palette of soft sage, blue, burnt crimson, tan, and white enhanced the overall aesthetic.
The smooth timber architecture throughout seamlessly complements the styling, showcasing an alternative to the prevalent ‘all white interior look’. The project exemplifies the artful infusion of colour, demonstrating how thoughtful design choices can elevate a space beyond conventional norms.
