Tropical Escape

The latest addition to Noosa’s culinary scene is COYA Restaurant, where flavours of Peruvian cuisine are brought to life in a luxurious, bold, and vibrant setting.

With a focus on tropical inspiration and an elevated aesthetic, Twostyle completed a full interior renovation, offering an immersive dining experience that captures the essence of the Sunshine Coast while delighting your visual senses.

Playing with texture and contrast

One of the standout features of COYA is the use of texture and contrast. Oak wood finishes and velvet fabrications add a layer of luxury to the dining environment. Custom-made dining tables, crafted with precision by Elton Group, provide a bespoke touch, whilst the curved rattan banquette booth featuring screening by House of Bamboo adds a unique bohemian visual element. The combination of these materials and textures creates a cohesive tone throughout the space, inviting guests to indulge in a sensory journey.

The power of colour

A bold palette takes centre stage, drawing inspiration from Peruvian cuisine and the restaurant’s feature wallpaper. Signorino's natural stone countertops in green and pinks add a touch of natural beauty and elegance throughout, while the contrasting seating fabric from Warwick Fabrics in pink and red hues exude warmth. The wallpaper, courtesy of Natty & Polly, creates a core feature, captivating the eye with its intricate patterns and lively motifs. The result is an explosion of colours that enlivens the entire restaurant, infusing it with a dynamic energy that is unmistakably COYA.

Distinctive destination

Twostyle paid special attention to the expansive ceiling height which highlights a sense of grandeur and spaciousness. With custom-made joinery throughout – as well as additional shelving and wine storage upon entry & in the bar – every element has been carefully curated to complement the tropical surroundings and ensure that Noosa locals and tourists are transported to a “tropical-esque” paradise.

The finer details

Colourful Bon Bon vases & tableware, sourced from Hellie Mardahl adorn the tables, complementing each setting with a sense of whimsy and chic modernity. Maizon Balzac’s iconic glass candle holders add a touch of elegance and create an intimate ambience. Cream waved plates and bowls from Schneid Studio serve as beautiful features showcasing the artistry of modern-day tableware and design. And finally, checked pillows from Aztec House provide comfort and a playful pop of colour within the seating areas.

Nestled in the heart of tropical Noosa, Twostyle transformed the existing space into an ultra-luxe dining destination. With a warm and inviting ambience, COYA Restaurant is now a true oasis of style.

With love,

Twostyle.
