We take cues and direction from your vision to create a style guide and visual concepts. This will tease out what you love, hate, and are unsure of. Once signed off, we’ve got some work to do.
SOURCING & PRODUCTION
All the behind-the-scenes work of sourcing materials, engaging builders or contractors and preparing lead times. Prices and specifications are managed by us as we regularly check in with you.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & DELIVERY
We project manage the execution by working on-site with contractors, ensuring quality control, cross-checking specifications, and adding the finish touches – before handing it over to you.
