Twostyle collaborated with ABLE Melbourne to design a dreamy part-time home in the heart of Melbourne’s bustling city.
The client’s vision for this apartment was to create a space full of light and softness, adorned with distinctive features. The design palette was carefully curated to evoke serenity and warmth, featuring gentle hues of creamy whites, soft greys, and calm blues.
Within the living area, custom arched joinery complete with concealed lighting adds a touch of sophistication while the natural stone brings an element of the earthiness into the space.
Encircling the fireplace, the scalloped panelling introduces a playful yet refined design element that draws the eye and anchors the room. A cosy banquette nook provides a charming spot for intimate meals or morning coffee; while varying wall textures such as Venetian plaster and micro-cement adds depth and a sleek finish.
Classic herringbone flooring infuses each room with a timeless elegance. The finished result is a one-bedroom haven that exudes a chic Parisian flair, providing a peaceful escape from the urban rush.
