Eclectic Gem in the Heart of Sorrento

Nautical lines, a bold palette, and a focus on statement furnishing brought this 80s beachfront home back to a highly-functional modern family residence in the heart of Sorrento.

Taking a less-is-more approach, coupled with an emphasis on wooden panelling, textured fabrics and subtle pops of colour promotes an open floor plan conducive to easy living and entertaining. The ultimate goal for the interior was to design an eclectic environment that draws the eye: one comprised of bold geometry and pattern that maintains a strong focal point in every room.

Subtle angles and curves featured in the home’s pendant lighting, ceramic decor, coffee tables, mirrors, and velvet cushioning create softness to the structured lines and white exposed brick.

Statement pieces including a Sarah Ellison Alva chair and black and copper spliced pendants give the ultimate nod to mod and capture Sorrento’s relaxed charm and timeless elegant aesthetic.
